It doesn't come with a hard shell inside. It constantly caves in. i have to leave a crap ton of water bottles in it at all times.

If this is a very flimsy bag, the insulation is cheap and it doesn’t seem like it will hold as much as it says.

The bag looked fine at first, but it ripped at the seam after just a few uses. The material is very thin and not durable at all. Definitely not worth the money.

Less than a month of careful use and this is already falling apart. I haven't even washed it yet. Very disappointed. I'd like to ask the seller if they can either refund the money or send me a new replacement bag. Im happy to send back the damaged item.
